Terms and refunds

These are the terms for a website from APN Growth, run by Jakub Piechnik in Illinois. They are written to match what the front page promises, in plain words.

The offer

You see the site before you pay for it. You tell us your website, or your business name and town. We build the real site first and text you a link to it. Nothing is due when the link arrives.

Price. Thirty nine dollars on this release. A hundred dollars once the release closes. The price shown on the front page on the day you ask is the price you pay.
If you pass, you pay nothing. There is nothing to cancel and nothing is owed. The site we built stays up for two weeks in case you change your mind, and then it is deleted for good.
What is included. A complete website for your business: a rebuild of the site you have now, or a new one if you have none, with a contact form and a contact button. Hosting is not part of the website price. You can host the site yourself, and we hand you the files, or we host and look after it for fifty dollars a month on our care plan.
Your domain. The site goes on your own domain. If you already own one, we put the site on it. If you do not, you can register one in your own name and we put the site there, or we can register one for you and bill you what it costs.

Paying

Payment is due when you say yes to the site, before it goes live on your domain. For now we take payment by Zelle, and we send you the details when you say yes.

Refunds

You only pay after you have seen the finished site and said yes, so in the normal case there is nothing to refund. If you have paid and the site is not yet live on your domain, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of paying. Once the site is live on your domain, the sale is final and there are no refunds.

Who owns the site

Once you have paid, the site is yours outright: the pages, the design and the words. We may show it as an example of our work.

Changes after it is live

Small edits are free for one month after the site goes live. On the care plan, small edits are included for as long as you stay on it.

Other work

Ads, reviews and follow-up are separate services and are not part of the website price. Each one is agreed with you separately, in writing, before it starts, and nothing is billed without your yes.

Texts

Asking for a site asks for one text from 773-766-6885 with your link. We do not call. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP and you will not hear from us again.

The fine print

We build every site with care, but we cannot promise that it will bring a particular number of calls, customers or sales, or a particular place in search results. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you for anything connected with a site is limited to the amount you paid us for it, and we are not responsible for lost profits or other indirect losses. Nothing here takes away a right the law says cannot be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
