APN Growth is a small web and marketing business in Illinois, run by Jakub Piechnik. This page says what personal information we handle, why, who sees it, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to delete it.

Who we are

APN Growth, Illinois, United States. The person responsible for privacy questions is Jakub Piechnik: email [email protected] or text 773-766-6885.

The form on this site

The form asks for two things and nothing else:

• Your website address, or your business name and town, so we can find your business and build the site.
• A mobile number, so we can text you one link to the site when it is ready.

How it reaches us depends on your browser. On most phones the button opens your own messages app with a text to 773-766-6885 already written, and nothing reaches us unless you press send. Where the form sends directly, what you typed is saved in our database, which Cloudflare hosts, and Jakub gets an email about it through Resend, an email delivery service. With it we keep the time it arrived, the kind of browser you used, and a scrambled one-way code made from your internet address, which is only used to stop automated spam and cannot be turned back into the address.

Who sees it: Jakub, and nobody else. We do not sell it, we do not add it to any list, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers named below.

How long we keep it: Until the site is sent and you have answered. If you do not go ahead, we delete your details within 90 days. If you become a client, we keep them for as long as we work together.

Texts

Pressing Build it asks for one text from 773-766-6885 with your site link. We do not call. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text and you will not hear from us again.

Visiting this site

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, tracking pixels or advertising trackers. Its fonts are served from this site itself, so a visit makes no request to Google. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs (internet address, browser type, pages requested) for security.

Do Not Track. Because this site does not track visitors, there is nothing for a Do Not Track signal to switch off. Every visit is treated the same way.

Cookies. None on this site, so there is no cookie banner. Client dashboards, which are password protected and only for existing clients, set a single sign-in cookie so a signed-in client stays signed in on that device.

Information we handle for clients

When a business hires us, we handle information belonging to that business and its customers: enquiries from their website forms, reviews, photographs of work, and advertising performance data. That information belongs to the client. We process it only to do the work they hired us for, and we hand it back or delete it when the relationship ends. Our client dashboards are password protected and hold the client's own marketing records and any photographs the client uploads.

Advertising and social publishing

We run advertising and publish posts on behalf of clients, using their own advertising accounts and their own social media pages. To do this we are granted access to those accounts by the client. Our internal application, APN Publisher, uses that access only to create, schedule, and report on posts and advertisements for the client who granted it. It does not read personal messages, it does not collect the personal profiles of people who see the advertisements, and it is not used for any purpose beyond the client's own marketing.

Service providers

These companies process data on our behalf, under their own privacy terms:

• Cloudflare: website hosting, the database behind the form, domain routing, email forwarding, and storage.
• Resend: sends Jakub the email that tells him a form arrived.
• Google: email, advertising through Google Ads, and Google Business Profile listings for clients.
• Meta: advertising and page publishing on Facebook and Instagram for clients.
• Microsoft Clarity: anonymised usage analytics on some client sites (not this one).

Seeing, correcting or deleting what we hold

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] or text 773-766-6885 with enough detail to find the record, such as the phone number you used. We will confirm within a few days and delete it unless we are required to keep it.

Deleting data connected through Facebook or Instagram. If your information reached us because a business connected its Facebook Page or Instagram account to us, email [email protected] with the subject line Data deletion and the account concerned. We will remove what we hold and confirm by reply. A business can also revoke our access at any time in its own Meta Business settings, which stops any further processing immediately.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
